A shorter route to a confident smile

From digital scan to finished denture

Traditional dentures can involve several appointments and weeks of laboratory time. Our digital workflow brings the design and manufacturing into the practice.

1

Assessment & scan

We assess your mouth, discuss what you need and take a precise digital scan. Some cases may still need a conventional impression.

2

Design on screen

Your denture is planned digitally, allowing us to control its shape, fit and appearance before manufacture.

3

Printed & finished

We print, cure and carefully finish your denture in our on-site laboratory, then check the fit and bite with you.

Denture options

Fast does not mean one-size-fits-all

We will recommend the right material and design for your clinical needs—not simply the quickest option.

Fastest option

Small partial denture

A discreet removable solution to replace one or several missing teeth. Particularly suited to straightforward digital cases.

Indicative partial denture fee: £600–£1,200
After extraction

Immediate denture

Prepared around planned extractions so you do not need to leave with a visible gap. Adjustments may be needed during healing.

Fee after assessment
More complex

Premium partial denture

Larger or more advanced designs, including strengthened or chrome-cobalt options when clinically appropriate.

Fee after assessment
Why Dental World

Your dentist and laboratory, together

Dr Peer Nelz and the Dental World team combine clinical treatment, digital scanning, CAD design and on-site 3D printing in one practice.

Important: “Same-day” depends on clinical suitability, appointment timing and the complexity of your case. We will confirm what is realistically possible after assessment. Dentures often need adjustments, especially while the mouth is healing.

Questions patients ask

Before you book

Can every denture be made on the same day?

No. Straightforward partial dentures are usually the best candidates. Complex bites, full dentures, healing after extractions or cases needing additional treatment may require more visits. We will give you a realistic timeframe after examining you.

Are 3D-printed dentures permanent?

They are made from dental materials intended for their stated clinical use, but every denture will wear and may need adjustment, repair, relining or replacement over time. Longevity depends on the design, your bite, oral health and how the denture is cared for.

Will it look natural?

We digitally plan the tooth position and shape, then finish the denture by hand. The achievable appearance depends on the size, material and clinical constraints of your case, which we will discuss with you before treatment.

What happens at the first appointment?

We examine your mouth, check remaining teeth and gums, discuss your priorities and usually take a digital scan. You will then receive a recommended design, fee and timescale before you decide whether to proceed.
