Cancellation Charges
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur a charge as follows:

Dental Assessment / Problem Investigation – £45

Hygiene Therapy – £45

All other clinical appointments – from £175 (depending on appointment duration and preparation time)
If at least 24 hours’ notice is provided and we can reallocate the appointment time, the charge may be reduced or waived.
For multiple appointments booked in a single session (three or more), 48 hours’ notice is strictly required.
