Cancellation Policy and Charges

Missing appointments or late cancellations can cause enormous problems for us, especially long appointments, which require a lot of preparation.

Therefore, we must apply charges to cover a fraction of our cost.

However, if there is a genuine reason for non-attendance, we will waive these charges.

Cancellation Charges

We kindly request 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend your appointment. To cancel, please call us on 01637 881011 or email us at reception@dentalworld.co.uk.

If you cancel without notice or miss your appointment, a fee may apply:

Dental Assessment / Problem Investigation appointment cancellation fee £45

Hygiene Therapy appointment cancellation fee£45

Cancellation fee for all other appointments from £175
